We want you to love your VICI Collection pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
